Auchentoshan Manhattan

Here’s our recipe for an Auchentoshan Manhattan, a Glaswegian twist on the old American classic.

  • 50ml Auchentoshan 12 Year Old
  • 20ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir (17 times if want to be a pro), and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a cherry and sip whilst imagining you are at the top of the Empire State Building on a warm sunny evening.

  • 35ml 12 year old
  • 15ml sherry
  • 10ml creme de cassis
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 10ml honey syrup

Add all ingredients to a high ball glass filled with ice and stir.
